A community of cancer survivors, health care professionals, caregivers and volunteers are a support group that is one of many services the American Cancer society has to offer the community.

For patients newly diagnosed with cancer of any kind.  Group focus is on patients only.

There will be six sessions over 12 weeks. The first session to begin August 28th 2008.  The next session will start in 2009 and  there will be 4 sessions during the year.

MAN TO MAN

A Prostrate Cancer Support Group for Men Sponsored by the American Cancer Society

Their goal is to provide information, education and support for men who have been diagnosed with prostrate cancer.  Their monthly meetings provide the opportunity to meet with prostate cancer survivors and share their experiences.  Every form of prostate cancer treatment is represented at their meetings by men who have been there.  Meetings are held
