Directions:  Highway 55 E to Alliance - next to Hardee’s 

Eligibility:  Urgent Care open to anyone  -  No appointment needed
                                                              

Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

             Saturday- 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Will see and treat emergencies and Worker’s Comp injuries.

Will do DOT, employment and school physicals as well as employment drug testing.

Staff:  Physician who is Board certified in Family Practice
         Certified Family Nurse Practioner with a masters degree in Nursing and emergency room experience.

        Certified Physician’s Assistant who served in the US Air Force and held prior emergency room and urgent care
                positions.
