What is NOAH?

     NOAH, New Bern Older Adult Housing, is a senior housing community located in New Bern, NC. The housing complex consists of a 37 single bedroom apartments.  NOAH is a ministry of United Church Homes and Services, a non-profit organization that provides housing and support services to over 1200 individuals.

Who lives at NOAH?

        Seniors age 62 or older who do not exceed the income limits of $17,900 for one person or $20,500 for two persons. An individuals rent is based on 30% of their adjusted income.

What does a NOAH apartment have to offer?

Spacious one bedroom apartments; living room, dining area, pantry, large closets and beautiful bay window, utilities included in rent, cable ready, individually controlled heat & air, some apartments are handicapped ready, approximately 540 square feet

From Glenburnie Road turn onto Elizabeth Ave., go past HJ McDonald Middle School. At the end of Elizabeth Ave go straight. Turn at 5th right on Tobiano. Go approx 1/4 mile turn right at the "NOAH" sign, this is Lofland Way.
