Help-At-Home Senior Care provides non-medical assistance in the home for seniors and chronically disabled who are not ready to leave their home. Help-At-Home is locally owned and operated. They provide household management and in-home care services.
Before assigning a caregiver an in-depth assessment is done of the client’s lifestyle, medical conditions and the kind of assistance that will help the client remain independent in the home. The Caregivers are carefully selected, screened, bonded and insured. Care is given to match the appropriate caregiver to the client. The net result is your ability to relax and enjoy your life in familiar surroundings as long as possible. Help-At-Home Senior Care specializes in providing high quality in-home care for seniors. Note: Free home assessment is required to determine level of care. The following information on rates may vary determined by the assessment. Care Rates:
Level I Live in Rates:
$162.00
per day/24 hour period.
Level II Live In Rates
$178.00 per day/24 hour period. Holiday Rates:
Time and ½ is applied to all holiday visits Mileage:
$0.50 per mile (Caregiver’s car) NO CHARGE if client chooses to have
their Billing: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, except in emergency situations (hospital stays) for regularly scheduled hours or those scheduled service hours will be billed. A two week notice is required if services are no longer needed. Retainer: In order to begin services and place a qualified caregiver in your home they require a retainer. The retainer will be applied to your last month's services. The retainer is refundable and credited against any fees due Help-At-Home Senior Care should the services no longer be required. This retainer represents an estimate of the fees for the first month of services They accept private pay and private long term care insurance that will pay for services per policy stipulation. They will be glad to review your policy. Finance Charge: an 18% annual (1.5% monthly) Finance Charge will be added for any payment received later than 15 days after invoice date.
