Family Health Care Services is a non- profit community-based organization that provides practical and emotional support to individuals and families infected by HIV/AIDS. This agency is funded through the Eastern North Carolina HIV/AIDS Partnership, Medicaid, Ryan White Fund, donations, and grants. Services are provided in Beaufort, Craven, Jones, and Pamlico County. Family Health Care Services is affiliated with the Beaufort, Craven, Jones, and Pamlico Health Departments as well as Craven Cares, Agape, and the Metropolitan Health Clinic in Washington, NC. management services: Coordinate: Services such as transportation, housing, food pantry, and financial education Eligibility: Persons that are infected by HIV/AIDS Referrals can be made through; the Department of Social Services, the County Health Departments, The Brody School of Infectious Disease Clinic, ECIM, family, friends, or self.
