This family has cared about people in their community through 5 generations and today they serve the needs of the physically, cognitively and socially impaired. Services Provided:Medical and non-medical home care services Crafts and recreational services in their homes, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities. Cost: Covered by Medicaid, Private Insurance and Private Pay. A doctor’s order is required for all medical care. Fee per hour $15.00 and up Referrals can be made by physicians, social service agencies, relatives, friends, or community services. Anyone is eligible
for services after meeting assessment requirements. Call office for
