ECIM’s superior team of professionals include over 40 providers, and more than 200 nurses, technicians, administrative and support staff. You do not have to be referred to ECIM. Unlike some practices, they file all types of insurance for their patients and accept VISA and MasterCard. They request some form of payment at the time of your visit; however, the billing department will work with you to resolve financial responsibilities satisfactorily.

For your convenience ECIM has four regional offices located in New Bern, Pollocksville, Havelock and Cape Carteret to serve your medical needs. All offices are open year round Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm except for major holidays.
