RHA Health Services, Inc. manages similar offices throughout NC.  They provide high quality support to individuals with mental health and substance abuse problems and developmental disability needs.

RHA is a community-based provider which will go into the home and community:

  •        To assess the needs of the client and family   
      

  •   To teach client and their family members about mental health, behavioral challenges, substance abuse or to assist in the navigation process of the mental health system.
     

  •   To work with the family to identify coping skills to manage symptoms.
     

  •  To provide assistance and linkage of services throughout the local, regional and state areas.
     

  •  To develop a recovery plan bases on the WRAP concept.
     

  •  To assist adults with resources or services to improve their quality of life.

RHA Crisis Response Team and Mobile Crisis Management Team:

  • Trained Crisis Response Specialists.
     

  • Can respond 24/7.
     

  • Provide support and advocacy for individual and family members during and after a crisis.
     

  • Work to keep the individual safe and stable within the community.
     

  • Provide wraparound support, advocacy, and planning necessary to integrate various treatments within the community such as detox, residential treatment, halfway house, outpatient and psychiatric services.
     

  • Provide education.
     

  • Intensive community-based intervention and treatment better known as Intensive-In- Home Services for children and adolescents.
     

  • Intensive community support services for adults better known as Community Support Team for Adults. 

Staff:  PHD Psychologist, Qualified Professionals and Associate Professionals

Referrals:  From walk-ins, Social Service Depts., Schools, Dept of Juvenile Justice, ECBH, etc.

Cost:  Medicaid pays 100%. RHA also accepts NC Health Choice and State monies for Community Support for adults and for Mobile Crisis Management.  Services not covered will be billed to the client.  The Mobile Crisis Team service is paid by the state.  Insurances will be billed if available.
