702 B. Main Street Crisis/Referral Line 252-636-8545 Crystal Coast is owned and operated by RHA Behavioral Health Services, Inc. which manages similar offices throughout North Carolina. They provide high quality support to individuals with mental health and substance abuse problems and developmental disability needs. RHA is a community-based provider which will go into the home: § To do a diagnostic assessment. § To teach client about mental health and behavioral challenges. § To work with the family to identify coping skills to manage symptoms. § To provide Community Support services. § To develop a recovery plan. § To develop and implement a structured program designed to prevent out-of-town placement for children/adolescents by linking community resources. RHA Crisis Response Team: § Trained Crisis Response Specialists. § Can respond 24/7. § Provide support and advocacy for individual during crisis. § Work to keep the individual safe and stable within the community. Substance Abuse Services: § Provide wraparound support, advocacy, and treatment necessary to integrate various treatments within the community such as detox, residential treatment, halfway house and outpatient services. § Provide education. § Individual & group therapy. § Intensive community-based intervention and treatment. Staff: Qualified professionals, PHD Psychologist Referrals: From walk-ins, Social Service Dept, Schools, Dept of Juvenile Justice, etc. Cost: Medicaid pays 100%.
