Location: From New Bern, follow Hwy 17 South to Pollocksville. The facility is located on the right, adjacent to the ECIM clinic, just before the junction of route 58.

Capacity:  The facility has a 100-bed capacity 

                 80 certified skilled care and intensive care beds covered by Medicare and Medicaid

                 20 assisted living beds covered by Medicaid and private pay.

They provide:  Long-term care as well as short-term rehabilitation stays 
                        Care for tracheostomy and dialysis patients.
                        Respite care.   
                        Therapies on-site by licensed professionals.
                                         Physical Therapy
                                         Speech Therapy
                                         Occupational Therapy

They maintain two hospice contracts as well as a Tri-Care Contract.

The facility provides and/or arranges transportation to and from appointments.
